How it Works

Good things are about to happen!

  • Our highly skilled and accomplished chef prepares your food fresh on the same day it is delivered or collected by you.

  • All the meals are sealed in air tight containers which are perfect for keeping your food as fresh as possible.

  • Depending on the delivery or collection schedule you would like, once you receive your meals you can choose to place them in your fridge or freezer for later consumption.

  • If you refrigerate your meals, you must eat them within 3 days. 72 hours.

  • Nutrition is without doubt the single most important aspect to consider when trying to improve body composition and physical performance. However, all too often a lack of expertise and time to purchase, prepare, weigh and cook meals is the stumbling block of success. With any of the meal plans shown above, success is something we are certain of.

  • Once you have chosen the plan for you we will be with you every step of the way providing ongoing support from our dedicated nutrition expert with a BSc in Nutrition and Healthcare. He is here to help you to achieve your goals with expert advice and support.

  • Two delicious nutritions meals a day designed to promote and build muscle mass alongside your workouts.

  • All of our meals are freshly prepared and we offer two collection dates weekly.

    • Wednesday & Saturday anytime between 5:30pm till 9pm.

  • Our meals are sourced locally from our fish monger, veg supplier and butchers. 

  • Our chef will design meals to your dietary requirements, allowing you to have an ever changing variety each week! As we don’t offer a boring set menu.
